Procedure for Returning Product for a Refund:

To return a product for a refund, please email support@ezcrown.com to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

Please briefly explain to us your reason/s for requesting a return or exchange so that we may serve you better in the future. Return the items to the address described below. After we receive the return, we will promptly issue your refund via the payment method used to make the initial purchase.

Damaged items:

To be eligible for a replacement item, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery of the shipment containing the damaged item/s. DO NOT DISCARD ANY DAMAGED ITEMS. EZCrown reserves the right to refuse replacement of any damaged item if we are not notified within the said twenty-four (24) time period.

All returns must be shipped in the original box and accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice.
